For agents operating as partnership (SNC/SAS) the minimum and the maximum contributions is a reference to the partnership and not to the individual shareholders and therefore the contribution should be allocated among the shareholders according to their shares.

Any amounts paid incorrectly can be returned on demand to the Foundation Enasarco directly on the portal inEnasarco (for amounts paid pertaining to the first quarter 2005 onwards) or using the form 3002 / c to send by recorded delivery.
